124 Shoes accept any return or exchange within 14 days of purchase in store and/or 14 days from delivery of online orders. International customers can return their purchase within 21 days of delivery. All refunds must comply with company policy & consumer law rights, for more information please read shipping & returns

Manufacturer’s Warranty —

If at any time the product develops any defects that are a result of faulty craftsmanship and/or materials 124 Shoes agree to correct the defect, refund or exchange the product in accordance with consumer law with all rights reserved. The product will need to be returned to one of our boutiques for assessment.

This warranty does not provide coverage of repairs necessitated by normal wear, misuse or accidental damage.
