124 Shoes accept any return or exchange within 14 days of purchase in store and/or 14 days from delivery of online orders. If at any time the product develops any defects that are a result of faulty craftsmanship and/or materials 124 Shoes agree to correct the defect, refund or exchange the product in accordance with consumer law with all rights reserved. The product will need to be returned to one of our boutiques for assessment.
