If at any time the product develops any defects that are a result of faulty craftsmanship and/or materials 124 Shoes agree to correct the defect, refund or exchange the product in accordance with consumer law with all rights reserved. The product will need to be returned to one of our boutiques for assessment.

This warranty does not provide coverage of repairs necessitated by normal wear, misuse or accidental damage.

Found them very hard to get on but I have a large foot with a high instep so pull-on boots ca be a problem.
Wore the around the house for a few hours then wore them out the next day.
Super comfortable, not even a hint of rubbing or being a little too tight that new shoes can give.
I have rather wide feet but these accomodate me very well.
Very stylish and even my near 78 year old mother said they were a really nice boot.
Great jobElia Maurizi, can’t wait to see what they do next.
