The product will need to be returned to one of our boutiques for assessment.

This warranty does not provide coverage of repairs necessitated by normal wear, misuse or accidental damage.

Nice shoes, at a good price.

I got these on sale, 40% off, so price wise these shoes were a good buy. They are decent quality, the leather is well tanned, trimmed and stitched. They are a little bit snug on my foot, I went with a 43 but with the value hindsight I should have gone for a 44 - and then put a thin insole into them - I think in time, with wear, they'll stretch a bit and mold to my foot - but it will take time. It's a shame they don't come in half sizes, but that's usually the case with Italian footwear in general - most brands seem to be limited to full sizes only. Service from 124 Shoes was great, quick dispatch and tracking details provided. Positive online buying experience and will certainly buy from 124 Shoes again.
