If at any time the product develops any defects that are a result of faulty craftsmanship and/or materials 124 Shoes agree to correct the defect, refund or exchange the product in accordance with consumer law with all rights reserved. The product will need to be returned to one of our boutiques for assessment.

This warranty does not provide coverage of repairs necessitated by normal wear, misuse or accidental damage.

A wonderful artisan creation by the master Alexander Hotto. The boot is comfortable, impeccably made to a very high standard that you would expect from materials all sourced, cut, bound and finished from the Marche and Montegranaro regions in Italy. Made in Italy has always been synonymous with quality and perfection and these boots are testament to this.
